Delivery is free throughout France and mainland France only. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Delivery delay
Once your order has been confirmed, allow 2 days of processing in the shipping center. Delivery time is 6 days after shipment.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order is on its way. If your tracking number is not working or you have not received it, please contact our customer service service@floandkocosmetics.com and we will assist you further.
