Return and Refund Policy
Cancellation - Return
Once a package has been shipped, it is not possible to cancel an order. However, once you receive the product at home, you can return it to us.
Would you like to return a product to us?
This is possible, as long as it is intact, unopened and in its original packaging. For any return request, please send us an email to service@floandkocosmetics.com indicating your order number, the products returned and the reasons for the return. We will contact you to advise you of the procedure to follow.
The exchange or refund of your items is possible within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.
Order damaged
You may receive your items damaged due to the carrier. This rarely happens but we apologize in advance.
In case your items are damaged, please open a dispute by sending us an email to: service@floandkocosmetics.com with photos of your damaged items. Our customer service will get back to you as soon as possible to offer you a solution.
Full or partial refund
Reimbursement of your items will only take place after verification and the veracity of your request. Please note that only unopened products can be refunded. If your products are damaged, please return them as is.
